MY PHILOSOPHY
One of the things I find most rewarding about my job is being able to help buyers and sellers to make the right decisions and choices. During 30 years in sales and customer service, and 19 in real estate, I’ve seen individuals encounter many needless problems. That’s especially true when dealing directly with an owner or builder with little or no legal knowledge or experience.
It’s so important to select a representative with ample knowledge of the market, as well as experience. You want someone who will offer you an honest and realistic opinion, and who will check all legal documents and know what to look for. My clients know they can rely on me to do all of that, and to help throughout the process.
I also believe a realtor should be accessible and available. That’s why I prefer to limit the number of clients I work with in order to assure they have my time and attention for any needs that may arise.
When I deal with buyers, I want to fully understand your needs, your tastes, and you’re financial possibilities – even your hobbies are important to me.
If you’re a seller, I’ll offer you my opinion of the true value of the property and how fast I believe it will sell. I’ll discuss what types of promotion I plan to utilize, and any other concerns you may have.
