Living In and Promoting Lakeside

PROPERTY INVESTMENTS AT LAKESIDE

Are you considering buying or selling property in the Lake Chapala area? Undoubtedly you want a real estate company that knows the market thoroughly, and a realtor who will provide you with the highest quality of service. We can do that. Coldwell Banker Chapala Realty is the oldest and most experienced agency in the area. And I will give you my best in order to exceed your needs and expectations.

LET ME INTRODUCE MYSELF:

I immigrated to Mexico from France more than 35 years ago. My original plan was just to work here for a couple of years. It became a life-changing event for me, because I discovered an unexpectedly rewarding quality of life here. Like so many other Europeans, Canadians, and Americans, I came for a short time and ended up staying. I now hold dual citizenship in both Mexico and my native France.

During my early years here, I invested in a “weekend home” for our family in the town of Chapala. It proved to be both personally and financially advantageous. In 2003, the five of us made the residence our full-time home, and I joined the team here at Coldwell Banker.

I see many reasons to invest in this great area. The climate is marvelous and the people are friendly. A rapidly developing infrastructure here, combined with the close proximity to the international airport and Guadalajara, as well as some of Mexico’s finest resort areas, are just a few of those reasons. I can’t think of a better place to live.

I believe I’m in a unique position to make that judgment, given my diverse and intercultural background. In addition to my work as a realtor, I have extensive experience as an executive in the hotel and tourist industries.

I understand from personal experience the challenges expatriates face as we make the transition into Mexican culture, and begin to carve our own space in this little corner of paradise. Being trilingual, in addition (French, English, Spanish), I’m able to assist French-speaking Canadians and Europeans, as well as English- and Spanish-speakers.
